How our online training course works.
These comments are aimed at small business owners or HR managers if you are a bit larger business.
- Create a Business Account – you are going to use this to manage those in your team who are going to receive the training.
- Pay particular attention to your user name and password.
- Make a payment you can book one or more courses.
- You will then assign the courses to your staff to do when convenient for them.
- They receive an email and create an account for themselves it is important that you use peoples correct names, do not use nick names.
- Once the candidate has created an account they will be able to start the course.
- The courses are online videos which can be stopped and started i.e. if your assigned course is an hour long you will be able to stop it and then go back later.
- If applicable the course will have a question and answer section which will test your understanding of the course.
- These courses are in English unless otherwise stated. References to any legal requirements will generally be applicable to England and Wales.
- They can be completed on a tablet or suitable mobile phone as well as a desktop type screen. You will need to be able to hear the training.
